Let’s say, ideally, it takes 2 weeks to get my license, takes 2 weeks to get a listing, and takes 2 weeks to sale said listing. That listing takes 45 days to close and another week before I get my commission. That’s around 2 months before I would see any money. Any ideas on how I could have an income during that time? I’m not sure if I would be able to earn income doing tasks for brokers or agents of whom I’m working under doing real estate related jobs. Such as going to open houses, or working as their secretary.
